Down on the yellow road, with my mother in tow
The sun is shining, we’re all packed up and riding
Walking with our map, and our purple backpack
Going to the corn fields, trying to find if the treasure’s real

But what do I see, creeping up behind me
A sly little fox, and he’s coming for my mom

Swiper murdered my mom
Swiper took an axe
Then he cut her half
Right before my eyes

I had met him before, but I didn’t know what he had in store
Damn that monster infamous, always trying to steal from us
I told him no, oh please Swiper no no no
Swiper no swiping, Swiper no swiping

He said “oh man,” and whimpered back to his hill on the land
But further down the track, Swiper prepared his counterattack

Swiper murdered my mom
Swiper took an axe
Then he cut her half
Right before my eyes

When he was finished, he looked at me with interest
A smile on his face, he exclaimed, “you’re too late”
He took the axe out, trying to make me down for the count
Creeping up to me, I fear that I am dead meat

He jumped at me with an evil grin, his blade was nearing my chin
My eyes opened to my screams, good god it was only a dream

Swiper murdered my mom
